If we need to cancel any elements of your trip due to unforeseen circumstances or supplier issues, we will notify you and provide a suitable alternative or an appropriate refund for the services not provided.
No refunds will be issued for unused services such as missed golf or sightseeing activities
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, strikes, or government actions. In these cases, refunds or adjustments will depend on the policies of our suppliers.
In the event of flight or transport delays, please contact us and your transport provider immediately. We are not responsible for missed services caused by delays but will assist where possible.
No changes to dates may be made after booking is confirmed.
If you need to change the names of participants, we will attempt to accommodate the changes if communicated before the final deposit is made. However, some courses do not allow multiple name changes after booking, so please check with us first.
If the number of participants in your group changes, the price per person may be adjusted. Additional costs will apply if fewer people participate than originally booked, due to redistribution of expenses like transport or accommodation.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your destination. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.
Most golf courses have a maximum handicap of 24. However, some English courses have a maximum handicap of 18.4. If this may be an issue for any member of your group, please contact us before booking. You may be asked to show proof of handicap before playing. Additionally, all golfers must wear appropriate attire as per the golf course’s regulations.
You and your group are expected to behave appropriately. If anyone’s behaviour causes distress or danger to others, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the trip without a refund.
Caddies can be requested, but availability is not guaranteed and may vary by course. Please check with us when booking.
Generally in the UK and Ireland, golfers walk, and therefore golf carts may not be available. Please check with us before booking if you require a cart, as some courses only allow carts with a medical certificate
If something goes wrong during your trip, please let us know immediately so we can try to resolve the issue. For unresolved complaints, contact us in writing within 28 days of your return at david@outpostoverseas.com
